Finding Good Exercises For Hips

I was always afraid og gaining too much weight; I knew I would not feel happy about it. Beside from what I would think about myself, I was also thinking about what my husband would say. I would never have imagined how much my weight gain actually affected my well being. None of my clothes fit. I could even see it in the eyes of my beloved, even though he never openly admitted that my weight made any difference. Our sex life was also lacking because of it. I felt I was trapped inside someone elses body.

I told my husband that I didn`t want to continue walking around with all these excess pounds, so I started searching on the Internet for butt exercises, stretching exercises, exercises for hips, pilates exercises, etc. that I could do at home.
