Finding the best butt exercises and hips exercises that works isn`t easy, and the results usually don`t come easily either. That`s when many turn to an “easier” solution; all the promising “how to tighten up my butt” pills and creams. I tried a lot of cellulite reduction pills and butt firming creams, even though we all deep inside know they are scams. I was just saying to myself that this “how to get rid of cellulite” miracle pill, or that “Super Anti Cellulite Cream” will be different”. As we all know if we really think about it; if such a “get rid of cellulite” cream really existed, it would be all over the news, and making the creators billionaires, like with Viagra.
The lack of seeing the results one is hoping for is really challenging mentally. I even began skipping the stretching exercises, which were the exercises physically easiest to perform. I just didn`t see the point.
I realized I needed help. A friend of mine recommended I get a personal trainer. He said it was much easier to “walk the line” when a personal trainer was watching your every “move”. A personal trainer would help me “find a little extra energy”, “just enough for a push to that one or two extra repetitions”, he said.
I became so angry when nothing seemed to help, and on top of that, I was being lied to by all the “how to get a sexy butt” pill ads. I felt I had tried all the exercises for butts, all the exercises for thighs and all the exercises for hips, etc. out there. None of the pills and creams were working, and the personal trainers I tried didn`t help much either. I had no clue about how to get back that body I once had.
